You can request deletion here without signing in. On iPhone or Android, open Account and select Delete account. Both flows require a code sent to your account email to confirm ownership.
What gets deleted
Your profile, login credentials, listings, brand storefront and uploaded photos — removed or irreversibly anonymised within 30 days.
Payment and transaction records are kept for up to 7 years where Nigerian tax and financial rules require it, and fraud-prevention records for up to 2 years. These are not used for anything else.
Your Unimart conversations and messages, notifications, push notification tokens and points history are removed. This does not delete WhatsApp conversations or copies saved by another person outside Unimart.
Ratings you left about other users retain their scores, without your name or written comments.
